Eric Lombardi Jr is the CEO of Monson Paper. Mr. Lombardi Jr joined the team in May of 2011 in sales. He became CEO of Monson Paper in 2017 and has since expanded the customer and supplier basis, increased overall sales, and diversified services. As CEO, he forges new new business initiatives and oversees the sales, office, and warehouse teams. Previously, he held the position of Corporate Trust Administrator at Bank of New York Mellon where he managed high net worth client portfolios. He received his Master of Business Administration from Southern New Hampshire University and Bachelor of Science in business administration and finance from Marymount Manhattan College.
Eric Lombardi is the CFO of Monson Paper. Mr. Lombardi has been instrumental in the financing since the company's founding in 2009. As CFO, he is responsible for overseeing financial reporting and operations, the accounting department, and company operations. Previously, he owned and operated L&D Services, Inc (L&D), a site development contractor, as well as Asphalt Paving & Maintenance inc. (APMI), an asphalt paving contractor.
Doug Kemmerley joined Monson Paper in March, 2019. His background includes market pulp, and specialty paperboard sales for the James River Corporation; Mitsubishi Pulp Sales, selling Al-Pac, and Crestbrook pulps; and Peace River Pulp Sales for Marubeni America Corporation. He is also the exclusive North American Sales Representative for Celesa, a non-wood market pulp mill, in Tortosa, Spain. Doug has a BS in Forest Management from Colorado State University, and is a Certified Arborist, and will provide expertise in Forest Certification. He also is a 1982 graduate of the University of Oregon Forest Industries Management Center.
Brie Fournier joined the team of Monson Paper in January 2010 as the Office Manager. She is in charge of all accounting, clerical, and administrative duties. She is also responsible for generating purchase orders, sales orders, bill of ladings, and COAs. Brie graduated from Westfield State College in 2010 with a Bachelor of Arts in economics and a Bachelor of Science in business management.
David Lombardi has been the warehouse and traffic manager for Monson Paper since 2012. He is responsible for managing product inventory levels as well as traffic flow for incoming and outgoing truck and rail service. He is also involved with preparing warehouse metric reports and warehouse support. He graduated from the University of Massachusetts Amherst in 1994.
